I'm working as a Senior Project Manager at THE ENERGY PROJEKT – Sports CSR. Making a difference through passion funding. The Energy Projekt helps aspirants keep their passion for the sport alive, and Sports Infrastructure Aid includes establishing a Children’s Play Area for Terminally Ill Children in Government Hospitals, Renovating Government school sports grounds, and Supporting Education Aid for Underprivileged Children.

I got associated with Y. R. Gaitonde Centre for AIDS Research and Education (YRG CARE) as a student Intern while doing my Master’s degree in Social work (Medical & Psychiatric) in Mar Gregorious College, Chennai. I joined YRG CARE in 2015 to work with adolescents and children in schools and colleges to provide them with Lifeskills Education. I worked for Endrum Punnagai (ever smiling) – a project of YRG CARE that aims to provide life skills education for disadvantaged boys and girls studying in government schools in Chennai, South India. I have experience of more than 5 years in training teachers, women, youth, and adolescents.

My last innovative work is an interactive psychosocial program called Camp Rainbow for Children living with HIV. I've worked as a project associate for India Partnership Initiative (IPI) supported by Serious Fun Children’s Network to provide camp experiences for children living with HIV and other serious illnesses.

Senior Project Manager – The Energy Projekt (CSR)

Lead program management, reporting, and strategic initiatives to deliver impactful CSR and community development projects.

Key Contributions:

  • Organized committee meetings and submitted monthly reports to the CEO.

  • Maintained technical documentation, newsletters, performance tracking, and impact reports.
