I'm working as a Senior Project Manager at THE ENERGY PROJEKT – Sports CSR. Making a difference through passion funding. The Energy Projekt helps aspirants keep their passion for the sport alive, and Sports Infrastructure Aid includes establishing a Children’s Play Area for Terminally Ill Children in Government Hospitals, Renovating Government school sports grounds, and Supporting Education Aid for Underprivileged Children.

I got associated with Y. R. Gaitonde Centre for AIDS Research and Education (YRG CARE) as a student Intern while doing my Master’s degree in Social work (Medical & Psychiatric) in Mar Gregorious College, Chennai. I joined YRG CARE in 2015 to work with adolescents and children in schools and colleges to provide them with Lifeskills Education. I worked for Endrum Punnagai (ever smiling) – a project of YRG CARE that aims to provide life skills education for disadvantaged boys and girls studying in government schools in Chennai, South India. I have experience of more than 5 years in training teachers, women, youth, and adolescents.

My last innovative work is an interactive psychosocial program called Camp Rainbow for Children living with HIV. I've worked as a project associate for India Partnership Initiative (IPI) supported by Serious Fun Children’s Network to provide camp experiences for children living with HIV and other serious illnesses.

‘The Energy Projekt’ is a non-profit organization dedicated to its vision ‘pursuance of passion irrespective of the odds’. We work to make a difference in the lives of underprivileged children with exceptional passion towards sports by providing them with training opportunities, funding, and other resources. Giving wings to their talent helps bring a small yet perceptible change in their lives and satisfaction in ours.

existing candidates with Sports counseling and they are practicing with limited resources and innovative ideas.
Camp Rainbow - Newman’s Own Foundation Follow up Grant for children collaborated with Serious fun children’s network, USA. The YRGCARE and Serious fun Children’s Network since 2011 Continue their partnership with a goal to bring the magic of camp to children living with HIV in India. Together the two organizations provide a psychosocial intervention for children living with HIV through the vehicle of camp. YRGCARE’s mission is to respond to the needs of people who are not receiving care, support, education, and/or information about HIV awareness and prevention.
Experience: 3 Yrs. 9 Months (2015 to 2019)
· Staff mobilization, Training coordination, logistics management and finance coordination
· Documentation of project processes, steps, and lessons learned to follow up the program so as to create the core resources of the program
· Contact with volunteers, assign volunteers and plan the working schedule for volunteers; Observe, support, and supervise volunteers Preparing monthly reports, review activities
· Camp Rainbow Logistics coordinator 2016 to 2018and Batlagundu 2017 (Group leader coordinator).
Endrum Punnagai– Life skills session for the classes VIII & IX in 10 Chennai corporation schools&Govt. Schools. As a part of the programme school libraries were refurbished to new more student friendly ambience for the students to increase their thirst for learning. Under the Endrum Punnagai program we conducted many events to improve the students’ Skills and bring out their talents.
